Despite a drizzly day, we had a wonderful time at the Singapore Chinese Gardens. We alighted at the West entrance and entered the park by crossing the ‘Bai Hong Qiao’ bridge, which follows the style of the 17-Arch Bridge at the Summer Palace in Beijing. We then began to explore the paths, bridges and pagodas. It was a wonderful 2 hours, which culminated in a picnic and a performance of “The Chinse Zodiac”, by the MSIS teachers.
